How it works

Live in 30 days, and you barely lift a finger.

Most people worry about one thing: how much work is this for me. The answer is one phone call, one folder of photos, and about twenty minutes looking it over.

Everything you’ve to do

That’s the complete list. You don’t write a word of copy, you don’t learn any software, and you don’t sit in meetings.

45 min One phone call with me I ask you questions about your business, your jobs, your towns, and what you want people to know. I take the notes.
20 min Send me your photos Whatever you’ve on your phone. Job sites, your truck, your team, finished work. Text them to me. If you’ve nothing usable I’ll tell you what to shoot.
5 min Give me access to your Google listing You add me as a manager. Takes about two minutes and you stay the owner. If you don’t have a listing yet, I create it.
20 min Look it over before it goes live I send you the site. You tell me what’s wrong. I fix it. That’s the only review round most people need.

What I do, week by week

01 Week one
I find out where you actually stand
Before anything gets built I look at what Google currently shows for you and for the businesses beating you.
Your current listing, categories, and what’s missing from it
Who is in the top three for your main searches, in your town
What they have that you don’t — usually reviews, photos, and pages
Which towns you’re invisible in
02 Weeks one to three
The site gets built and the words get written
Five pages, written from the call. You don’t write anything. If something is wrong about your business, you say so and it gets changed.
Home, Services, About, Reviews, Contact
Written in plain language, in your voice, not agency copy
Built to load in under a second on a phone
Your domain pointed at it, or a new one registered in your name
03 Weeks two to three
I fix your Google listing
This runs alongside the build. It produces calls fastest, so most businesses see movement before the site is even live.
Right primary category, every service listed separately
Service area set to the towns you actually drive to
Every attribute filled in — free estimates, emergency service, all of it
Photos uploaded, description written, questions answered
04 Week four
It goes live and the review requests start
Site launches, and from that day every customer automatically gets asked for a review. That’s the flywheel.
Site live, secure, backed up, monitored
Submitted to Google so it gets indexed
Review requests running by text and email
Your first performance report lands four weeks later

Then the part that actually matters starts

Launch is week four of a long relationship, not the finish line. Everything below runs every four weeks, for as long as you're a client.

Review requests keep going out
Every customer, automatically, forever. You never have to remember or ask.
You text in changes
Four every 4 weeks. Hours, closures and phone numbers are always free and always within 24 hours.
The report lands every four weeks
One page, one email, plain sentences. Calls, views, directions, reviews, and what people searched to find you.
The footprint keeps growing
Posts on your Google profile, replies to every review, and new town pages every 4 weeks until the library is built out.

What happens if it doesn’t work

Spelled out, because a badge that says “satisfaction guaranteed” means nothing and everybody knows it.

Live in 30 days
Counted from the day your content and Google access are in hand.
Your domain is in your name
Registered on your own card from day one, so it’s never held by anyone else.
No ranking promises
Nobody can guarantee a Google position. What you get is the work, and the numbers every four weeks whether they’re good or bad.

Start with the free audit. No commitment either way.
